How does the Leadership Circle support the Museum's Free and Reduced Admissions Program?

This elite group supports the Museum’s wide range of Free and Reduced Admission Programs, which provide access for under-served and at-risk children and families through discounted and sponsored visitation and memberships, free parenting education, family support services and much more. Hands On has one of the most robust Free and Reduced Admissions Programs of any children’s museum in the country–we serve 133,000 children, families and school groups each year–and it’s thanks in large part to the generosity of Leadership Circle members!
It costs the Museum roughly $15 to serve one individual during museum hours. Your gift of $1,200 helps dozens of children, families and elementary classes visit the Museum and participate in special support programming each year.
- Recognition on the donor wall in museum lobby
- Recognition on the museum’s website, with optional link to your business website
- Invitation to special events like the Summer Splash! Gala
- Deluxe level member benefits including:
- Free general admission to the museum for you and your children, grandchildren, or child guests and their accompanying adults on any open day of the year
* Adults must be accompanied by at least one child to use museum exhibits - Discounts in the museum store & café
- Special member pricing for birthday parties, camps, and preschool
- Additional $25 off member pricing for parties and personal play dates
- Use your Leadership Circle Membership Card if you are a regular museum visitor or simply give the front desk your name when checking in
- Free general admission to the museum for you and your children, grandchildren, or child guests and their accompanying adults on any open day of the year
- Coupon for a Basic membership to give to family or friends or to donate to a family in need
