Tuition and Fees

Please note that tuition is paid in installments due on the first of each month. Tuition payments do not vary month to month. To hold a child’s spot in class, one tuition installment is due at the time of registration. Since the school year has begun, tuition for the first month of class attended is also due at the time of registration.

Nonrefundable Application Fee: $190

The application fee must be paid before your application can be approved. Return completed application to reservations@hocm.org. Once your application is approved, a deposit of one month’s tuition is due as a deposit to register. Deposit will be held and applied as student’s last tuition payment. Tuition for the first month of class is also due at time of registration because classes have started for the school year. Should you choose to withdraw after registering, $100 of your deposit is refundable until August 1, 2022. No refund will be available after August 1, 2022.

Registration Instructions

1. Apply Online: We have moved to an online format, please do not come in person to register for preschool. Please complete the preschool application form.
2. Need Assistance? If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is available by phone from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 360-956-0818 ext. 103. Phone-in registrations will be accepted after email applicants are served.
3. Is the class you want full? Join the waitlist by calling 360-956-0818 ext. 103,  9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Online Preschool Registration

• Opens for previously enrolled families, January 30 (9 a.m.)
• Opens for new families, February 6 (9 a.m.)

Fees and tuition are set annually for the entire school year and are divided into nine (9) equal payments. Payments are the same regardless of the number of school days in each month.
