Book Your Next Daytime or After-Hours Party at Hands On

The Hands On Children’s Museum is the perfect place to celebrate birthdays, baby showers, and after-hours events. Make treasured memories and entertain guests of all ages at the South Sound's favorite family destination!

Daytime Party Package Includes
  • 1.5 hours in party space (indoor or outdoor)
  • Play in the museum galleries for the day
  • Small party up to 20 children and 20 adults
  • Large party up to 40 children and 40 adults
  • Unique gift bag for the birthday child
  • VIP parking and entrance for the host family
  • Digital template for birthday invitations
  • 15 minutes of setup time prior to the party

Daytime Party Pricing

  • Small Party: Members ($225), Non-Members ($250)
  • Large Party: Members ($395), Non-Members ($435)

Deposit Required

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to reserve your daytime party. The balance is due at least 10 days prior to your party date.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Parties may be rescheduled at no extra cost with at least 72 hours notice depending on availability.

If you need to cancel, any amount paid over the non-refundable deposit will be refunded when you cancel at least 72 hours prior to the event date. Refunds are not permitted for cancelations of less than 72 hours. Exceptions to the 72-hour notice requirement may be considered for a COVID-related emergency.

Book a Private Party After Hours or Personal Play Date

Get everything included in the daytime party package and enjoy private use of the Museum with up to 50 children and 50 adults.

Pricing

  • Members ($595), Non-Members ($645)
  • Additional 1/2 hour $80
  • Additional hour $160

Safety Guidelines

Please keep our children healthy. Face coverings are required for unvaccinated adults and children ages 5 and up. Face coverings are optional for vaccinated adults but strongly encouraged.

Face Coverings are required for preschool, camp students, and museum staff in accordance with the WA State Secretary of Health’s mandate.
